Drop-in | 1 month from purchase date

5 & 10 Packs | 3 months from purchase date

20 Packs | 6 months from purchase date

Auto-renew until canceled. Reach out if you require assistance.

Cancellation Policy

We will require at least 12 hours’ notice for all group classes. 24 hours’ notice for workshops, treatments, semi-private sessions, and private sessions.

Please cancel through your Mindbody account. If you don’t cancel within the required window, you will be charged for the class/session. Download our app to do it all in one place. Please do not text your instructor or the studio. Email the studio if you have trouble.

Late Policy

If you arrive 5 minutes or more after the start time and there is a waitlist, we may give your spot to the next client on the waitlist.
