Cancellation Policies:

24-hour notice for privates, semi-privates, treatments, and workshops.

30 minutes for mat classes.

4 hours for reformer classes

You can cancel through your MindBody account (top right corner of this page); failure to do so will result in being charged for the class.

Late Policy:

If you are 5+ minutes late for class and there is a waitlist, we will give your spot to the person on the waitlist.
