We are classically trained Pilates instructors with a deep respect for the original method — and we don’t stop there. Our team brings a wide range of additional certifications and experience across multiple movement disciplines, allowing us to teach Pilates through a contemporary lens. This means our classes honor classical principles while integrating modern movement science, creative sequencing, and functional application. The result is intelligent, evolving movement that feels relevant to real bodies, real lives, and real goals. We blend tradition with innovation to create classes that are thoughtful, effective, and anything but rigid.

The WHO, CDC, and many other agencies recommend 150 minutes of moderate activity weekly. If you engage in vigorous activity, that time goes down to 75 minutes/week. This is 2-3 classes with us weekly, and you can get all the movement you need with some added recovery as well.

Drop-ins expire 1 month from the purchase date.
5 and 10 packs expire 3 months from the purchase date.

Memberships include a set number of classes per month; use them or lose them.
Packages include a set number of classes that expire 3-6 months from the purchase date (depending on your package).
Memberships offer extra benefits and discounts at the studio, whereas packages do not.
Memberships auto-renew each month until canceled, and packages are done when they run out or expire.
Pick what works best for you based on the info above. You can always purchase a package to fill in any classes a membership does not.
