How often should I come to class?

The WHO, CDC, and many other agencies recommend 150 minutes of moderate activity weekly. If you engage in vigorous activity, that time goes down to 75 minutes/week. This is 2-3 classes with us weekly, and you can get all the movement you need with some added recovery as well

How long do I have to use my package?

Drop-ins expire 1 month from the purchase date.

5 and 10 packs expire 3 months from the purchase date.

20 packs expire 6 months from the purchase date.
