Must be certified with our Pilates Mat levels 1-3 and Fundamentals 150-hour training before this OR have a prior certification + completion of our bridge program (reach out for more info). Our apparatus trainings will be ~ 50 hours and build on the fundamentals and skills developed in our Mat Training.
