She gratefully credits her breadth of knowledge of the interchange of mind, ego, heart and spirit; her depth of experience in navigating both the calm and turbulent waters of life; and her reservoir of wellness and spiritual tools to her mentor and ally, Alisa Sylling. Julia has a Masters of Psychology in Education with an emphasis in Spirituality, Mind and Body from Columbia University, New York.

Join Dr. Britlynn Ward and Gabby Rivelo for a special Summer Solstice Spirit & Body Reset, a unique experience of Reiki-infused yin yoga, acupuncture, and immersive sound healing.

As we welcome the turning point of the year, this workshop invites you to slow down, release stored tension, and reconnect with yourself. Gentle yin yoga postures, guided by Gabby, will open the body and encourage deep relaxation while Reiki energy supports energetic balance. After the practice, Dr. Britlynn will offer acupuncture to help regulate the nervous system, enhance energy flow, and deepen the restorative effects of the experience.

The evening will conclude with a soothing sound bath, allowing the vibrations to integrate the work, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling grounded and renewed.
